My experience is as a result of being in the pet trade for the past forty two years, and as a result of an ‘unlawful prosecution’ I faced as I have already said, in 2009 by my local council.

As a direct result of this, I have unfortunately, had experience of all the following:

The Magistrate’s Court
The Crown Court
The Court of Appeal
The Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC)
The LegalOmbudsman
The High Court (Queen’s and King’s Bench Division)
The County Court (civil claims)

I have dealt with numerous applications, myself, without legal representation to all the above, Courts and complaint organisations.

In addition, I have also gained a valuable understanding, of how to issue a claim of Professional Negligence, against solicitors and barristers. They provided me with very poor Legal advice, which all started with a High Street solicitor, who convinced me, to change some of my already entered not guilty pleas, to guilty.

The whole Legal system, commonly referred to in the UK as the Ministry Of Justice (MOJ) is a complete minefield. In my experience it just about survives day-to-day, in an on-going continued state of meltdown.

I am willing to assist those who may face similar prosecutions and challenges, and who are without ample funding, to allow them to receive a proper lawful defence. I can also give you the benefit of what you can do, when professionals have failed in their ‘duty of care’. You may be able to pursue a civil claim for compensation.
